Registration opens on 1 July at 8pm, Paris time.
The preferential rate is already full with at least 12 people signed up in less than 30 minutes, and we’re still counting!
Registration formulas
In 2025, there will only be the Randonnée format, but for the first time, we are offering Solo registration, as well as accompanying person registration.

The first 5 teams (or solo) to register with a deposit paid on HelloAsso will benefit from the preferential rate of €1790 (€1840 for solo) per person. Be careful, it goes quickly. The preferential rate was sold out in less than 30 minutes… There are still seats available at the normal rate.
Please note that places on the flights are limited, so the earlier you register, the better your chances of leaving. February is a popular month for trekking tour operators in the Adrar region. So to encourage you to sign up early, flight-inclusive fares will increase by €100 from 1 November 2024.

Registration fees (flight included)
Flight + Accommodation and meals for the week + Event registration
For the first 5 teams registered (solo or duo), the rate is €1790/person (for duos). After that, the rate rises to €1990/person. Preferential rate sold out, there are still seats available at the normal rate.
The price includes:
- The round trip flight Paris-Atar with Point Afrique Voyage.
- The transport of the Fatbike in the hold (1 luggage of 25kg, bike included).
- The necessary transfers in the area of Atar.
- Nights in bivouacs or in hostels.
- Food, drinks and local supplies for the whole week.
- The closing ceremony with the award ceremony
- Prizes for each participant
- Registration for the race with medical assistance, safety GPS tracker
The price does not include:
- Visa at Atar airport (55€ in cash).
- Energy drinks.
- Expenditures in villages.
- Fatbike rental.
- Possible costs for repairing fatbikes.

Mauritanian resident registration fees (without flight)

Options
Fatbike rental is available in France, but not in Mauritania.
We invite you to look around as soon as possible, in a ski resort or on the Atlantic coast in particular.

If you don’t find what you’re looking for with our rental partners, we have a small number of Fatbikes available for rent at the price of 190€ for the race week. Do not hesitate to contact us (contact@raid-transmauritania.com).
Point Afrique, our partner for the flight, offers cancellation and repatriation insurance at €35, which covers the price of the plane ticket and which you can take out through us.
Repatriation insurance is compulsory to take part in the raid. If you do not take it out through us, you will need to provide us with a certificate of repatriation from your insurance company.
Registration for the Raid TransMauritania includes one GPS tracker per team. You can hire an additional GPS tracker for €100 so that each team member appears on the live tracking.
How to register for the RTM
Registration opens on 1 July at 8pm.
Step 1: Registration via HelloAsso with a deposit of €600/person (or €350 for the formulas concerned) By registering, you agree to accept the RTM 2025 Regulations.
To register, you will need a scanned version, for each participant, of :
- your passport, valid at least 6 years after the return date (i.e. 15 August 2025)
- your sports licence (FFC, FFTri, FFCO, Ufolep) or your medical certificate stating that you are not contraindicated in the practice of “competitive sport” or “competitive cycling”.
- your repatriation insurance if you don’t take the one we offer.
NB: If you are missing a document, use a “dummy” file to validate the form and complete the application later.
NB: Options are indicated as “free” in HelloAsso so as not to increase the cost of the deposit, but the actual cost is indicated each time in the description and on this page.
The deposit will not be refunded in the event of withdrawal. This deposit will enable us to book the flight as quickly as possible, as well as the accommodation in the hostels.
Given the circumstances surrounding Covid-19, if we are forced to cancel this 6th edition, we will keep the deposit until the 6th edition is postponed. However, if for personal reasons you are unable to take part on the new dates, your deposit will be refunded.
Step 2: We will confirm receipt and the final price (if you are in the top 5) a few days after your registration.
Step 3: Send the missing documents and deposit cheques by e-mail or post.
Step 4: You pay the remainder of the registration fee by bank transfer in one or more instalments. The full amount must be paid by 8 January 2025 at the latest.
Step 5: Get ready and don’t forget to pack everything you’ll need for your arrival in Atar:
- 55€ cash for the visa,
- 200€ to pay the balance of your registration,
- a cheque for 200€ made payable to Anjou Authentique Aventure for the GPS safety tracker,
- a cheque for 300€ made payable to Anjou Authentique Aventure for the rental of the Fatbike through us, if applicable.
